Affirmation of Faith in God’s call to repent  [Congregation will read the text in bold.]

[Job 42:6] I despise myself, and repent in dust and ashes.

[Psalm 7:12] If a man does not repent, God will whet his sword; he has bent and readied his bow; 

[Ezekiel 18:30] Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, declares the Lord God. Repent and turn from all your transgressions, lest iniquity be your ruin.
